TeenTech Tonbridge on BBC South East TodaySeptember 29, 2012 No Comments
TeenTech made the business news when BBC South East Today visited our Tonbridge event. You can see their video on Facebook here. 300 students from across Kent had a fabulous day with cool activities, from hacking musical instruments to gravity racing cars. Huge thanks to EBP Kent and to all the hardworking companies and ambassadors who created such an impressive event.
The great thing about TeenTech is that every event is different. We work closely with our regional organisers like Anne, Rachael and John from the Kent Education Businees Partnership. And we have fabulous support from regional and national companies, universities and colleges and professional organisations who collaborate to make the day.
And you don’t need to take our word for it. We give student reporters free rein to cover what they think the day is all about. Have a look at the InnovationTimes which they produced with News For Schools. Innovation Times final
Many thanks to Adam from BT – one of our national sponsors – who took some great pics below. If you see yourself in a pic – let us know and we’ll add a caption.
